Coming from a real estate family in England I have grown up living and breathing real estate. I have been a Marin resident for 33 years, and have been involved in the sales and marketing field with companies in London, New York and San Francisco. Marin County requires special knowledge, of the schools, the commute to San Francisco (which plays a major factor in real estate prices), the climate (YES, for those of you out of the Bay Area a few miles can make the difference between being enshrouded in fog most of the summer, or basking in the sun).
